Use it on its own
Serlion Agent has its own dashboard and works on its own. You do not need the Serlion chatbot to use it, and one Serlion account covers both, with the same plan and the same monthly credits.
You decide what it may do
Nothing runs unless you switched it on. The agent can read and propose. Only the customer pressing a button makes a change.
Switch each action on or off
Per website. Serlion recommends actions for your kind of business, and you switch on the ones you want.
Set the limits
The most it may refund, the largest order it may cancel, how many days after the order, how long before a booking a change is still allowed.
The customer presses the button
Typing yes in the chat never changes anything. The confirmation card does, and it expires after 15 minutes.
Sensitive changes need a code
By default the customer first enters a code sent to their email. For subscriptions this is always the case.
Test before you go live
Test mode reads your real data and never changes it. Test chats use credits like any other chat.
See what happened
Activity lists every chat and each step the agent took, including requests it sent to your team.
What it will not do
- It does not change anything without the customer pressing the button.
- It does not act on an order or booking unless the customer proves it is theirs.
- It makes at most three changes in one chat.
- Anything above your limits goes to your team instead.
