Cancelling
Paid plans run month to month with no minimum term. Annual plans run for 12 months and are invoiced once a year. Cancel a monthly plan whenever you like from Plan & Billing in the dashboard; your account moves to Free and keeps its settings and knowledge base; conversations older than Free's 15 days of history are deleted. On an annual plan, moving to Free ends it straight away, and once 14 days have passed since the payment the months already paid for are not refunded. Free can be closed at any time.

Questions
- What counts as a conversation?
- One visitor session with the chatbot, however many messages it has, counts as one conversation and uses one credit. Your plan's monthly amount is a pool of credits shared by the chatbot and the Serlion Agent: an Agent conversation uses more credits the more it does, and fewer with your own AI key. When a plan reaches its monthly limit, chatbot conversations already under way continue; new conversations and Agent conversations get a short holding message until the next period starts.
- Managed or your own key?
- With your own key you pay the provider directly and choose which one answers. If you add standby keys, the next one takes over when your main key fails. Without one, the widget shows a fallback message. With Managed, Serlion supplies the model and moves to the next provider when one fails. The Free plan is own-key only.
- Can I start without a card?
- Yes. Free needs no card: add a key from any supported provider and the widget goes live on your site. You can move to a paid plan from the dashboard later.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes, from the dashboard. Moving to a smaller plan only works once you are inside its limits, so delete extra keys or team members first.
- Is there an uptime guarantee?
- No, we do not publish an SLA. Current and past status is on the status page.
- What if I need more credits?
- Scale with Serlion's AI includes 7,500 credits a month, and you can add more in steps of 500 for $20 a month per step, up to 12,500 extra. With your own key, Scale already includes 10,000. For anything larger, Custom lets you set the amounts yourself.
